A Spirit of Leadership workshop or intensive is a group experience that allows for deep transformation and exponential growth. This is not process work, but rather, as with personal sessions and mentoring, is an opportunity to experience Who You Are for a focused period of time.
Your growth supports the growth of others, your insights support insights in others, and of course, as others increase their capacity for transformation, so too will you. This group dynamic can be powerful, enlightening and very helpful in your own work.
Some events are called ‘intensives’ because they can be intense. You may notice big changes in your life immediately before, during and shortly after the intensive.
